Refund policy

Clothing and Hats 

All SALES ARE FINAL Due to the specialized nature of made-to-order products, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Arrow Products & Knives 

Returns- Our policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your goods, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once glue is applied to any part of arrow kits they are no longer eligible for returns. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must initiate return by email, at thewaterswatters@gmail.com, this email must include the order number. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the items back, only then will a refund be issued. Refunds will only be applied to the original payment method. Please remember to initiate a refund via email before mailing products back to us.  

For international orders, you are responsible for knowing if the item can be sent to your country. If the order is seized by customs it will be the buyers responsibility to fulfill the requirements to facilitate the products release. No refund or replacement will be issued if the item is seized by customs.
